Keymate started as a way to solve our own problem. We needed a better way to turn decks, emails, and reports into something organized, searchable, and useful.

Today, Keymate helps individuals and teams manage their knowledge, ask better questions, and get reliable answers. Everything is built on your own sources and structured to support the way you work.

We fund development sustainably, keep pricing fair, and reinvest every dollar into improving the product. We use infrastructure from Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, and we pay for every service we rely on. That includes the official Google Search API and cloud systems that meet our standards for privacy and performance.

We are not trying to be the flashiest AI tool. We are focused on building one that is trustworthy, dependable, and designed for long-term use.
